We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at contact@modusdaily.com. Returns must be sent to the address provided once approved. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary by bank or credit card company.
